Today we explored how we can move with a range of Ribbons!
We had ribbon on Hoops, with handle and single ribbons on sticks.
We explored a range of movements using the ribbons and had some opportunities to freestyle and get creative with a partner. The emery from the group was fantastic as the room filled with the colourful ribbons and interesting shapes and patterns.
One of our regular attendees conveniently names the session ‘Tangle time’ as the ribbons were getting rather tangled as a result of our big frantic ribbon dancing!
