For the past couple of weeks we have been exploring painting with movement.
To do this the group have been getting super imaginative, using their bodies to draw shapes in the space, paint pictures and scenes.
We began to use props such as scarves and ribbons as paintbrushes, exploring the possibilities of these props we worked as a group to create a series of movement which we performed to music.

Finally, I brought in a bunch of different paintings and photographs to use as inspiration to begin creating some movement. Everyone picked their favourite image and we discussed what we liked about it and we are really looking forward to working on this further!
