Getting Creative at Bradgate Court.

Over the past few weeks I have been delivering art sessions to our new friends at Bradgate Court, Derby. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know everyone here & it is delightful to see how everyone’s confidence in creating art  is blossoming.

We started simply with collage in the first week then other weekly themes have been; stones, blossom, shells, landscape & water. Everyone has  been given a sketchbook to practice drawing & gather ideas, I bring in natural materials, books, my paintings and different art materials each week. They especially loved painting water large scale with rollers & large brushes taking inspiration from Monet’s masterpieces!
