Creative Living’s most recently formed art group at Bradgate Court had their fist art exhibition as part of the Well Being Week events. Members visited the exhibition at Artcore & were over the moon to see their work displayed, delighted by their achievements over the past four months.
Creative Living taster sessions were also offered at the new building on Osnabrook square in Derby City Centre. New participants tried their hand at painting on the theme of ‘The Five Elements.’ We started with water and they painted this amazing river of stones, all their own work! ! A few participants were shopping & had just wandered into the new building to see what was happening. Encouraged to join in with the painting by the end of the session they were so surprised by their stunning painting, it was very moving!

We have also been delivering art sessions at the Derby County Care Trust as part of their over 55’s coffee mornings. This week we painted with autumnal colours.
